Today, the world is recognizing the all-round transformation taking place in Jammu and Kashmir. Kashmir, which is rapidly emerging as a lively, fastest-growing, and most alluring investment destination. Renowned industries from all over the nation and outside are eager to invest in the Jammu and Kashmir. The well-known Dr. Touseef Bhat and his entire team are dedicated to participating in investment.
During an interview, Dr. Touseef said that there are many things that his entire team is working on. They are trying their level best to remove the tag that was being applied on Kashmiri as soon as possible. Dr. Touseef’s team welcomes the visitors and discusses with them the Kashmir travel experience.
The aim of the Dr. Touseef’s team is create more and more job opportunities, more and more business and more and more tourists are coming to Kashmir.
During the interview, Dr Touseef added, they want skill courses to be started in Kashmir, which will generate employment. They want to show it to the world how the paper machine is done, how the wood carving is done, how copper work is done, how to make carpet, how to make a shawl, etc. As it is believed that the people of Kashmir are of the good mind. Now is the time to use it.
Our team does not want unemployment to increase in Kashmir, we do not want to top the list of unemployment. We are working for it. Now a big change is going to happen in Kashmir.
He added, there is a very huge potential. Everything is coming to here and after 10 years, everything artificial intelligence is going to have. And we have such a good brains in Kashmir who are working all across the country all across the world, in huge in big IT industries. We want them to come back and contribute at our own place.
He also said that tourism is very important. Why? Because tourism is not only the economics. If we talk about GDP, it doesn’t contribute that much. But it gives a message of peace. It gives a message that Kashmir is not the place, what we have seen on the television and all that, or read on the newspaper.
Dr. Touseef and his team are doing some researches on the tourists who are visiting here. Dr. Touseef said they don’t find any tourists getting annoyed at this place and Srinagar is the most safest place for when it comes to women. There have been not a single case registered by and woman tourist against any local Kashmiri. He believe this place is more safer than other places in the country.
Apart from that, Kashmir is also on the map of this literacy as well. Now the thing is that the gap of education is also there very wide that we have to narrow down that gap. Because Punjab alone we have around 20,000 students who are studying in north India. Then we have large number of students who are studying in South India. There is no harm in going and studying and all that. But simultaneously they want this infrastructure to displace as well we have. Dr. Touseef said Kashmir don’t have any private institution like medical college. Here we have only one engineering college here. Kashmiris students wants to be a doctor, engineer, pilot and all that. Those facilities have to be bring down to Kashmiri.
He added, he always tell to his friends that we don’t have Metros, Big Malls but what we have you don’t have, that’s the weather, that’s the beauty, that’s a serenity, that’s the snow. And we can tomorrow have Metro and Big Malls here.
Dr. Touseef’s team has created a best environment in Kashmir on the basis of the scheme of the government for investors. Based to their research, they suggest investors on which sectors to invest in. The finest sectors for investment in Kashmir include those involving education, the IT industry, healthcare, skill centres, and hospitals, among others.
